About
We made a sign on the internet anyone can pay to edit! The money is routed between the community that hosts the sign, and the Markee Cooperative that grows the network. Easy for any website to implement and start raising funds with.
Impact
Markee turns digital spaces into community-owned revenue streams. Every message purchased directly funds open-source communities through transparent onchain splits, creating a sustainable cooperative funding model for the open internet.
Progress
Markee is live at markee.xyz and deployed on Base network. We have 7+ pending partner integrations (Gardens, Juicebox, RevNets, Giveth, Flow State, Superfluid) and 2 live Revnet-integraeted pricing strategies where users can buy messages.
Team
Markee is built by the Gardens team, deeply embedded in the public goods funding space, and well-connected across the Ethereum and open-source ecosystems. We know exactly who needs this, and they know us.

The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
