About
We're making a magazine of stories about bright futures that we can really build. Each one comes with beautiful art and an article from a real scientist about the science and technology in the story. It is hopeful sci-fi you can hold in your hands.
Impact
The future is built from the stories we tell about it. For a generation taught to fear technology and dread tomorrow, Possibilia restores hope and agency, giving readers, builders, and scientists a shared picture of a future worth building toward.
Progress
Possibilia has 500+ substack subscribers, several published short stories and essays, and Issue Zero - our first print magazine - is being finalized for its first print run to be released in January 2027.
Team
Possibilia is a flagship initiative of the Foundation for Future Aesthetics, a 501(c)(3) built to support optimistic, realistic visions of the future through art and science. Curating work like this is exactly what the Foundation exists to do!

The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
