About
A project that combine embodied process in Cenotes with the young Mayan people and the international gathering that connects activists, artists, freedivers and somatic people in Yucatán Peninsula for the regeneration of ecosystems & humanity
Impact
This is one of the most important aquifers in the planet Deep human connection with water and land foster creative restoration of water ecosystems; this matter for all the world, it can be a model for other territories.
Progress
We made the first iteration with the young people of the Cenote Azul in Bacalar, it had such an impact in their lives that the "Apnea collective" was born and now half of the subaquatic team for "Profundo" includes young people from this collective
Team
We are a full team of women dedicating our lifes to the facilitation of connection with land and water though Somatic Apnea / Ocean Dance combined with community activism and transformative art.
