About
Ipe Mind Tree is a shared brain for Ipe City. Members talk to the bot, upload workshop notes, and pull insights from a living knowledge base. It helps the community remember, think, and build together.
Impact
Most communities lose their knowledge after events end. IMT keeps it alive. It turns workshops into public articles and coordination tools, helping civic communities stay smarter and more connected over time.
Progress
The MVP is live. Built with Bonfire-native collaboration primitives. We mapped 20+ member profiles, indexed 15+ workshops, and tracked 12 projects inside Ipe Village 2026. Members already use it daily for research, writing, and collaboration.
Team
We built IMT inside the community that uses it every day. It is tested in real workflows, with direct feedback from active members. Our outputs are already public through Ipe News and Ipe Hub, published weekly.
