About
‘Decimate’ is a video game where players journey through an artist’s elaborate, whimsical still life diorama. It pushes the boundaries of immersion by fusing fine art sculptures, botanical scans, motion capture, stop motion animation, & more.
Impact
Our project bridges art, technology, and conservationism, to foster understanding and compassion for the environment. Players must negotiate the bounds of science fiction and reality, and gain a deeper understanding and empathy for nature.
Progress
We have successfully completed the V1 beta on time and on budget, and the next phase is ready for execution. V2 will add depth and detail through robust animation, cut scenes, sound design, motion capture navigation, and generative interactivity.
Team
An internationally renowned artist, Emma has spent the last 5 years building an extensive library of digital assets for Decimate. We are collaborating with an expert team of animators, developers & engineers to build a truly innovative adventure.
